Early in 2011 a network of knitters was formed. They are busy recruiting knitters

Irish teddy distribution started in 2010, after a suggestion that instead of sending teddies to UK they might be given to Irish charities and volunteers. From small beginnings the Irish network grows.

Teddy knitting was taken to Canada by Gisele Toth, who gave Teddies for Tragedies it's first internet presence and there are more Canadian websites celebrating teddy production and delivery.
