There aren't collections of teddies all over the country waiting for the call, so if you can post teddies please consider this and tell me. If you've been collecting teddies for years, you don't need this site, but I do get requests for teddies which I pass on to a local collector. 90% of the collectors I do know will confirm this. Unless I know who you are I can't put you in touch.

And if you're knitting for a specific project please try and get pictures for inclusion in the Teddy Travels pages. I no longer give details because knitters sometimes send unsolicited teddies and too many teddies in the wrong place is as much a problem as to few.

I you're looking for a home for your teddies, don't forget to say where you live.

Don't knit 100's of teddies, without thinking about where they are going. The network grows only when knitters and distributers of teddies contact the site. Don't send teddies to this address but do make contact to tell me you have some, if I don't know who you are I can't help find homes for you.

Postage Information

If you're posting teddies, send several parcels if necessary; the maximum weight for a second class parcel is 1 kilo and that's approximately 8 teddies (+ bags).
